Coach Bio

Julie Pierce is the founder of EmpowerPathCoaching.ca, which partners with clients to create their path towards an empowered future.  She works with leaders and executives who are feeling stuck at work, facing recurring issues, and are challenged to find a path forward.

Clients that Julie has worked with, have been empowered to create actionable steps forward to improve their situation. Some examples include effective delegation, managing stakeholder expectations, balancing competing priorities, feeling confident during job searching, and ensuring readiness for starting a new job.

 

She follows a neuroscience-based coaching approach, and is trained in the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies. Key to this is the belief that the client is Creative, Resourceful, and Whole. You are:

Julie is based in British Columbia, Canada, and works with clients around the globe. Her background is over 20 years in Tech working in cross-functional Project/Program/Portfolio Leadership roles with Software Engineering & IT organizations. Julie is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with ICF.
